Qualifications
• Great customer service and communication skills
• Leadership skills and ability to delegate work
• Time management skills
• Good writing skills for proposals and reports
• Excellent technical skills and some understanding of construction methods (plans, contracts)
• Bilingual (English & Spanish)
• Ability to communicate professionally verbally and in writing with the project team and clients
• Experience with computers and computer programs like Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

•This new apartment building is coming right along and has been fun to watch the progress! Today’s finishing touches were in the landscape.

•We’ve had such positive feedback and everyone is loving the design, interior finish and smartphone automated door system.

•This project included some Great Subs and our Amazing Project Manager who is all about the details,quality and results!
