Some lots ask more of you than others. This one in Highland dropped hard off the back — so we built it up in stone.

Tons of hand-placed boulder turned a steep grade into terraces that actually get used: a pool and slide perched above the valley, a paver patio under the pergola, lawn for the kids, and raised beds tucked along the lower wall for the garden. Out front, a bubbler feature and full perennial beds give the entrance the same care as the view.

Mountains on every horizon. A backyard that finally matches them.

Swipe through a backyard that became a private resort. 🌲

We transformed this Draper home from front curb to back fence — and turned the whole property into one place built for entertaining, recreation, and relaxation.

The lineup:
🏊 In-ground pool with paver surround + flanking fire bowls
🏀 Lighted multi-sport court (pickleball & basketball)
🔥 Gas fire pit with curved seating wall
⛳️ Custom putting green + in-ground trampoline
🚗 Full paver driveway with cobblestone pattern & medallion inlays
💧 Basalt column water feature
💡 Low-voltage lighting tying it all together at night

No more lawn maintenance. Just a space the whole family actually uses.
