We are still a level 3. If you called us please know that you are on our list and your driveway will be done. We are unable to provide an exact completion time currently. Like most snow removal companies, we have contracts in place with businesses and most have a "Zero Tolerance " clause. That means that we have to have those lots at 100% or we are faced with "charge back" fees. (Charge back fees means we don't get paid for the work that was done and we are charged a fee so the business can contact another company to provide service per the contract/expectation.)

Many of the local snow removal companies have been running not stop since the start of this storm. Our only expectation that we have is that people please be understanding of the situation due to the weather. If you have called and can't wait for our truck to plow, please contact another company who can get to you per your timeline/expectation. All that we ask is that you just give us a heads up so that we don't still send a truck to you.

Let's have a quick Quiz and see who actually knows what C&A stands for....everyone assumes however the assumption is incorrect. Ironically the letters do coincide with my first initial and Austin's first intial however that is not what was filed when the company was created in 2020 and registered in 2021.(Hint...you're gonna have to do some serious research on the State Site for businesses.) 🤣
