Every home has a story. We’re here to build yours.
Hi, we’re Heather + Adam, the owners of Nomad Tiny Homes.
Nomad is a small, family-owned, woman-owned and veteran-owned tiny home company in the Texas Hill Country.
Heather leads Nomad day to day, works directly with our customers, and designs every home we build. And by design, we mean much more than choosing finishes.
She thinks about where the windows should land, how the kitchen actually works, where storage can disappear, how a loft feels, and what you see the moment you walk through the door.
Because in a small home, every decision matters.
That attention to detail is a big part of what makes a Nomad feel different.
Nick works alongside Heather every day to turn those designs into real homes and make sure what leaves our shop reflects the standard we want the Nomad name to represent.
Adam is part of the ownership, the sounding board and the problem-solving behind the scenes — stepping in wherever he’s needed.
We build for people looking for their own home, guest house, family property or getaway — but we also work with landowners, developers and investors who see tiny homes as part of something bigger.
That might mean one carefully designed home on your property, a short-term rental, several homes for a retreat or hospitality concept, or the beginning of an entire tiny-home community.
Whether we’re building one home or helping think through a larger property, the philosophy stays the same:
A tiny home should be a real home.
Not a box with trendy finishes. Not a regular house squeezed into fewer square feet. A thoughtfully designed home built around the way someone will actually live in it.
Small spaces leave nowhere for bad decisions to hide. So we pay attention — to what’s behind the walls, where you set your coffee, the view from the sofa, and how the home feels at the end of the day.
Listen to the story. Design for the life. Build something that belongs there.
We’re Heather + Adam. This is Nomad Tiny Homes.
Handcrafted in the Texas Hill Country.
Complete, not compromised. Built for real life.
