Full 2 story house and detached 2 stall garage T.D.C built in 2013-2014 with the help of the homeowner's son, Andrew. Just Tim, his grandson Gage, and Andrew made up the crew that tackled this project! (Aside from the electrician, plumbers, mason who erected the fireplace, and the equipment operators who dug the basement, did the backfilling and landscaping, and assisted with some heavy lifting stages of the job that were all contracted to do their respective rolls) No photos of the interior at the moment, but the inside is just as beautiful as the outside. Lots of real wood paneling, vaulted ceilings in the kitchen and main room, beautiful stone fireplace upstairs with a forced air wood stove in the basement, a nice sized sewing room and 1 bedroom downstairs, 3 bedrooms upstairs, a wide open large kitchen with a gorgeous real stone countertop island, a 3 season porch finished with all cedar inside, a large mud room and bathroom inside the side entrance, a spacious deck on the front side (lake side) of the house, lots of windows for plenty of natural light, and a great view perched high above Drummond Lake. This is the last full size home T.D.C has built and it's pretty safe to say, it's the final house T.D.C will ever build! We did build the 60'×24' bunkhouse in Clam Lake, WI recently, however that is MUCH smaller and a fraction of the amount of work needed to build a home like this one! This house sits on a property right beside the first house and garage T.D.C built on Drummond Lake, back in 2005-2006. The owners of both properties are also close friends as well as good friends of ours! We had hurdles to overcome with only 3 guys to build such a large and beautifully complex home, but we managed to get around every obstacle we faced and we really enjoyed having the opportunity to show what we can build. (We mostly referring to just Tim and Gage) Andrew's help was insurmountable on this job though and we were very glad to have him on our crew! I think he gained a lot from the experience and enjoyed taking part in building his parents dream home as well. Hope you like the way this one turned out!
