Seeking Qualified Operator:
Asphalt Paving Machine Operator
*Equipment Operation: Safely and skillfully operate, asphalt paver, asphalt screed, lute and various roller machines.
*Material handling: Ensures proper flow and distribution of asphalt materials.
*Maintenance: Performs routine maintenance and safety checks on equipment.
*Site awareness: Maintains awareness of the surrounding area and potential hazards.
*Communication: Communicate effectively with other crew members and supervisors.
Skills And Qualifications:
*Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, in various weather conditions.
*Mechanical aptitude: Basic understanding of equipment operation and maintenance.
*Safety awareness: Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations.
*Teamwork: Ability to work effectively, as part of a team.
*Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with others.
*Attention to detail: Ability to pay attention to detail and ensure quality of work.
