We were originally onsite to de-ice this customer’s service line back to the main, but they decided it was the perfect time to upgrade their aging line to a new 3/4” service line!

❄️ Frozen Water Line — Outside & Underground? ❄️

If your home has no water because the service line is frozen underground (outside the house), we offer professional water service line de-icing.

This service is for freezes out in the yard, where pipe heaters and heat tape will not work as safely. In these cases, we excavate to the curb box, safely disconnect the service, de-ice the line, and restore water properly.

Why we use this approach?

✔️ Gradually relieves the freeze instead of shocking the pipe
✔️ Works on long service runs and deep frost
✔️ Greatly reduces the risk of splitting copper or poly
