Planning Advice/Avoiding Regrets
Let's talk about one of the biggest regrets we hear from customers after the fact: not researching who they're actually buying from.
Here's something a lot of folks don't realize. In the metal building industry, you're usually dealing with either a manufacturer or a dealer. Manufacturers deliver and build the buildings. Dealers like me sell and coordinate them on the manufacturer's behalf, handling all customizations, answering your questions, and managing your project from start to finish, ensuring you get the exact building you want.
Think of it like buying a car. You don't buy directly from Ford; you buy from a Ford dealership. Same product, but your experience depends heavily on who you're working with.
So before you buy from anyone (me included), do your homework. Check the company reviews. Check the company's BBB rating.
