ONE WEEK FROM TODAY, we officially open the doors to PRIME Stephenville, our new flagship retail location and the next chapter of PRIME’s growth.

What started in Dublin nearly 30 years ago continues to grow because of the customers, communities, and team members who have trusted us along the way. Now, we’re excited to bring an even bigger and better experience to Stephenville with expanded product offerings, improved accessibility, and the same commitment to quality and service that built PRIME from the beginning.

Here's what to know for this week:
June 2 (Tuesday) - Last day for customers to pick up sheets & trim at our Dublin location
June 5-6 (Friday & Saturday) - Dublin location CLOSED
June 8 (Monday) - Doors OPEN in Stephenville at 7:30 AM

We WILL continue to take and process new orders, deliver sheets, trim, and red iron to your jobsites, and load red iron at our Dublin location during this transition.

This office/showroom proves what can happen when you take a creative approach to design. The standout feature is the Quonset-style roof, giving the building a bold, modern look while also delivering practical benefits like exceptional durability, efficient water/snow runoff, and wide-open interior space.

Projects like this show just how versatile metal construction can be when you’re willing to think outside the box. Huge shoutout to Oney Muro with Muro’s Welding for bringing this vision to life.

At Prime, we love seeing customers and contractors push the limits of what a metal building can be.
