Tales from the Field 👷‍♀️

I spent this week out on our job sites, and I’m sure a lot of the crews saw me and thought, “who is that?” 😄

I just want to say thank you to everyone who took the time to talk with me, show me around, and let me be part of your day.

Getting to meet so many of you in person—especially those I’ve only known through hiring—meant a lot.

And yes… I saw how hard you work! Amazing.

Spring is officially here, and we’re ready for it.

Not long ago, our jobsites were buried in snow, with cold snaps and weather delays challenging our schedules. But we didn’t lose momentum. We used that time to train, earn new certifications, and stay sharp, even when paving had to pause.

The weather will always play a role in the construction industry. It tests timelines, challenges plans, but reminds us what our team is made of: grit, flexibility, and a willingness to turn downtime into progress.
