We're hiring experienced Concrete Finishers to join our crews across the Southeast and Midwest.
You'll be on the ground doing the work that matters most, spreading, levelling, and finishing the concrete that becomes the runways and highways we're known for.
This role travels 100% to project sites, including Charlotte, NC; Nashville, TN and future locations as projects develop.

What we're looking for:
✅ 3+ years of large-scale concrete finishing experience (roads, highways, airfields)
✅ Heavy or highway construction background (preferred)
✅ ACI Flatwork Finisher certification (preferred)
✅ Ability to obtain clearance for restricted zones, including airport airside and military installations
✅ Willingness to travel full-time to project locations

Per diem provided when travelling. Significant overtime opportunities.

We're hiring a Concrete Batch Plant Operator to join our Charlotte team.

You'll run the equipment that makes our concrete production possible by mixing, monitoring, and maintaining the batch plant that supports our airfield and highway paving projects. This role is based out of Charlotte, with travel to other Hi-Way plant locations as project needs require.

What we're looking for:
✅ 3-5 years of experience in ready-mix operations, concrete production, or construction
✅ Experience on concrete paving crews at airfields/airports (preferred)
✅ NRMCA and/or ACI certifications (preferred)
✅ Strong knowledge of environmental and safety regulations
✅ Willingness to travel to other plant locations as needed

This role requires flexibility to work extended hours, frequent weekends, and travel as needed, with significant overtime opportunities.

Per diem provided when traveling to support other plants.
