A huge thank you to all the contractors and team members who joined us for our Contractor Appreciation Luncheon at the Arlington Senior Lofts Project on August 19! 🍔👏

T-Town Burgers served up an incredible lunch, and the turnout was fantastic. It was great to see everyone come together, enjoy some delicious food, and celebrate the hard work that keeps this project moving forward.

We appreciate everything our contractors do each day. Thank you for being part of the Arlington Senior Lofts Project's success!

Another incredible Pelotonia ride is in the books for Team Ruscilli! 🚲 💚

This year, like every year, was about more than the miles. It was about the people, the purpose, and the impact we're making together in the fight against cancer.

Team Ruscilli rider Todd Moroz shared:
"Another incredible Pelotonia ride in the books, and this one was all about the people. Riding alongside friends, peers and co-workers from Ruscilli brought so much energy, laughter, and encouragement to every mile. The camaraderie is unmatched. The friendships are real. The energy is contagious. And behind it all is a purpose that matters, coming together to help fund cancer research and move closer to a cure.
Grateful for the miles, the memories, and everyone who made the day so special."

We're proud of every rider, volunteer, donor, and supporter who helped make this year's ride a success. Together, we're helping fuel life-saving cancer research and making a difference one mile at a time.

Today, on National Intern Day, we celebrate the future of our industry and the incredible students who have spent their summer learning, growing, and contributing alongside our teams at Ruscilli Construction.

At Ruscilli, we believe investing in the next generation of construction professionals is one of the most important responsibilities we have. Through our partnerships with universities, colleges, and career technical schools, we are helping create pathways for students to gain real-world experience, develop critical skills, and explore meaningful careers in construction.

We are grateful to the talented interns who brought energy, curiosity, and fresh perspectives to our projects and offices this year.

A special thank you to our project teams, field leaders, and office professionals who dedicated their time to coaching, teaching, and mentoring. The development of future industry leaders happens because experienced professionals are willing to share their knowledge and invest in others.
Together, we're building more than projects. We're building careers, strengthening our workforce, and helping shape the future of construction.
