Behind the scenes at Golf Village ✨

Instead of a traditional paper template, our clients get to see their actual stone in a 3D digital model—moving the countertop layout across the slab to choose exactly where they want the veining and movement to land.

Once approved, that layout is sent directly to fabrication, where the slab is cut specifically for the space.

A little extra intention before install makes all the difference.

Golf Village Walk-Through | Part 4 🏡✨

We’re wrapping up our walkthrough series with one of the biggest structural changes in this renovation!

The entryway originally had a completely open ceiling all the way up to the second story. Instead of leaving that space open, we’re utilizing it to create something much more functional—a second full bathroom upstairs. 🙌

Ashley + Jeff walk through how the new foundation and structure are being created, what goes into making a change like this possible, and how we’re maximizing every inch of this home.

That wraps up the plans… now it’s time to watch them come to life! 👀

A sofa table can do more than just look pretty 👏🏼

-Add a couple stools and suddenly it’s a breakfast nook, homework spot, or extra seating when you need it. Choose stools with storage and you’ve got the perfect place to tuck away blankets, toys + all those miscellaneous things you don’t necessarily want on display. 😂

-Then finish it off with the things that make your house feel like home—family photos, meaningful pieces + a little decor
