Andrews Builders was proud to attend the Grand Opening Ceremony last Friday for the new Veterans Affairs Community Based Outpatient Clinic in Delaware, Ohio. This new 10,000 SF clinic will provide many services for local veterans throughout Central Ohio. We were privileged to serve as the design-builder for this exciting project and to work alongside the Central Ohio VA team in helping make it a reality.

A Veterans Affairs CBOC has just opened in Delaware, offering primary care, behavioral health, audiology, optometry and lab work for local veterans.

The McCulloch Building will feature 5 retail suites on the first floor and 11 executive apartments on the second floor.

We are so excited to introduce the new "Eden Place" at the Glenn Park of Definace Senior Living Campus. This is a new two story 33,000 sf building with 33 one and two bedroom apartment units. On the main floor is a full commercial kitchen which serves three meals a day to the residents. It's an amazing place.
