Over the last few years god has blessed me with tons of unique opportunities to test and be part of research and development for multiple different technological advances. These advances have allowed me to succeed in large scale mapping projects, Military base development, and mine improvements. Three years ago I stood in the entrance to a mine shaft that was 7 levels and had 70 miles of unexplored/abandoned silver and gold potential which had been turned down by the largest companies that specialize in Reality capture. After successfully mapping and collecting control for this mine I thought that that would likely be the largest, most complicated project I would be involved in. Today as I stood at the entrance to another mine, I realized I couldn't have been more wrong. When I found myself standing in the center of a two level 16 square mile underground mine today it is hard to explain the level of excitement and wheels that are turning in my brain. Step one break down the problem into manageable tasks that make the feat realistic and achievable, step two implement control and quality assurance plans that allow you to track your progress in your feat, step three execute what school, years of training, and years of practice/technology has made possible. Thank you to everyone that has made these opportunities possible, I look forward to seeing how large or micro scaled my next challenge is.
