Tricon is a commercial general contractor seeking construction laborers to work within 100 mile radius of Cedar Rapids. Work will consist of moving materials, sweeping, and organizing of jobsite. At times assisting carpenters and ironworkers when needed. Typical work week is 40-45 hours.

Minimum Qualifications:
Willingness to learn and take direction
Ability to lift 75 lbs.
Ability to work 8- 10 hour days
Valid drivers license

Helpful skills, but not required: Bi-lingual,
Ability to operate equipment eg: skidsteer, telehandler, aerial lifts.

Compensation: $50,000 - $85,000 per year, 401k, vacation, bonus pay, health insurance
