Before and after, this is how we remedy the problem of brick sitting on shingles! Builders and masons, please quit doing this as there is no way to remove the old shingles from under the brick when it’s time to replace the roof! And water gets under the bricks. New shingles, new step flashings and new counter flashing. It’s a lot of work but it’s correct in function and form.

We are working hard to replace all of the roofs we have under contract for 2025 before the snow flies! Thank you all for your patronage and patience. Keep in mind we primarily use the CertainTeed Climateflex products, approved for installation below freezing temperatures so we’ll be at it as late in the season as possible, as per usual!

Start early in the morning, done mid afternoon. Full time, that means you work every week day. Blue Cross health and Blue dental included, we pay 100% of the premiums! PTO after 1 year. Howdy folks! Schedule it fairly full for the year already so we may struggle to fit in more total roof replacements. We are always able to fit in repairs, including our 2 specialties - skylight replacements and chimney flashings. Velux skylights with solar shades have been selling like hotcakes - that 30% federal tax credit makes the shade a no cost option! Thanks everyone for your continued patronage and especially your patience! Looks like mid to upper 40's next week so hopefully we can shift in full GO mode!

We are now providing estimates for 2023! This year we can take on no more roof replacements - demand is again exceeding supply. We are happy to provide any temporary repairs to tide you over until next year. We still include a 50 year labor AND materials non prorated warranty on residential single family homes! 25 years on multi family and commercial! Better Roofing is the only Select Shingle Master company in the area. The only Velux skylight authorized installer in the area. Good news - Velux solar powered shades are becoming available again - tax credit eligible! The Northgate class 4 impact resistant shingle continues to be our best seller, fabulous product and most homeowners receive a discount on home insurance.
