Top 3 Spring Start-Up Tips for Pool Owners!

Spring is around the corner & it’s almost time to open your pool!

1. Check & clean the cover! Brush off any leaves or dirt before you open the pool, that way it doesn’t get in the water. Inspect your cover for rips or tears and check the seams & make sure it’s working properly!
2. Clean any large debris out of the pool with a net. Use a skimmer ent to get whatever you can out of the pool.
3. Hook up the pool equipment. Lubricate all of the o-rings, check your automatic chlorinator or salt system and inspect the cell. Check your filters, remove freeze plugs, & replace drain plugs if needed. Make sure your pump basket doesn’t have cracks & check your skimmer basket too!
