Today we celebrate the wonderful fathers in our lives, and we are immensely grateful for ours!

Matt is our rock. Without his vision for Window World Twin Ports Region, we wouldn't be here today. He works his tail off running sales appointments, jumping in on occasional installs, running materials to and fro, ordering products, sitting in on meetings, running numbers, leading training, running marketing, and lovingly handling occasional messes... you name it, he's doing it. God has given us a loving, encouraging leader and we're so thankful for him!

I must also mention the other fathers we have. Jeff and Zack work so hard for us and for their families and bless us each day with being a part of our team.

This week we gave our guys the agonizing job of installing 17 windows in a cabin out on an island on Lake Vermilion on a beautiful summer day. They had to watch other boaters and fisherman drive by, enjoying the lake, while they worked hard to get their job completed.

But because they are such an awesome team, they wrapped up their install of 17 windows in just one day... and that included unloading their work trailers onto boats to haul across the lake to the island and then back again when the work was done. With the remaining time they had from the allotted install time, they grabbed their rods, and caught a few fish of their own, even bringing home dinner for themselves.

These guys are truly amazing at what they do and we are so grateful to have them on our team! Thank you for all you guys do for us!!!
