Another job completed by TC Foundation Pros! This parking area was getting muddy, rutted up, and messy every time it rained, so we gave it a much-needed upgrade.

We delivered fresh gravel, spread it evenly across the parking lot, filled in the low and muddy areas, and smoothed everything out to create a cleaner, more solid surface.

🏠💪 BIG FOUNDATION PROJECT — START TO FINISH! 💪🏠

This was a full-scale foundation and waterproofing job that required multiple solutions to get the basement dry, stabilized, and protected for the long haul.

🔨 Here’s what went into this project:

💧 Interior Drainage System — Excavated along the foundation and installed a complete drainage system to collect and redirect groundwater.

🪣 New Sump Basins & Pumps — Installed multiple basins and sump pumps to move water out and away from the foundation.

🧱 Steel Beam Reinforcement — Bowing and pushing foundation walls were reinforced with heavy-duty steel beams to provide permanent structural support.

💪 Carbon Fiber Straps — Installed carbon straps in additional problem areas to help stabilize the walls and prevent further movement.

💦 V***r Barrier — Installed along the foundation walls to help control moisture and direct water into the drainage system.

🪨 Stone & Drainage Prep — Proper stone, drainage pipe, and connections were installed before everything was closed back up.

🧹 Wall Prep & Repairs — Problem areas were cleaned, prepared, patched, and reinforced where necessary.

🚧 Concrete Restoration — After the drainage system was completed, fresh concrete was poured and finished over the trenches for a clean, professional result.

This wall was pushing inward and beginning to cave in, so we installed heavy-duty steel beams to reinforce the wall and help prevent further movement.

Another internal drainage system & mirror drain going in! This basement was opened up around the perimeter to install a system designed to catch water at the foundation and direct it away before it can make its way across the basement floor.

🔨 This project included:
• Cutting and removing the existing concrete
• Excavating along the foundation
• Installing the new internal drain system
• Adding mirror drain along the walls to collect and direct water
• Installing a sump basin/pump system
• Stone backfill for proper drainage
• Finishing everything off with fresh concrete

This project included an interior French drain, mirror drain, and fresh concrete to help keep water under control and the basement protected.

🔨 Here’s what goes into the process:

✅ Saw cut & remove the existing concrete
✅ Excavate the trench along the foundation
✅ Install the interior French drain system
✅ Add a mirror drain to help collect water coming through the wall/floor area
✅ Backfill the system with clean drainage stone
✅ Make sure everything is properly pitched for water flow
✅ Pour and finish new concrete over the drainage system
✅ Clean up the work area and leave the basement ready for the next step
