Loaded Steak & Cheddar Potato Chowder 🥩🧀🥔🥓
This thick, creamy crockpot chowder is packed with juicy steak, tender potatoes, melted cheddar, and smoky bacon for the ultimate cozy comfort bowl.
🍴 Ingredients:
* 1 lb steak, cut into cubes
* 4 potatoes, diced
* 3 cups beef broth
* 1 cup heavy cream
* 1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
* ½ cup bacon bits
* 3 tbsp butter
* 2 cloves garlic, minced
👩🏽🍳 Instructions:
1. Add diced potatoes, steak cubes, beef broth, and minced garlic to the crockpot.
2. Season lightly with salt and pepper, then stir to combine.
3. Cover and cook on LOW for about 6 hours, until the potatoes are tender.
4. Stir in the heavy cream and butter until well combined.
5. Add the shredded cheddar cheese and bacon bits.
6. Cover and cook for another 10 minutes until the cheese melts and the chowder becomes thick and creamy.
