Lesson learned customers beware !!! Built this deck system twice !! Long story short customer wasn’t happy with pressure...

Lesson learned customers beware !!! Built this deck system twice !! Long story short customer wasn’t happy with pressure treated mainly because the materials didn’t stay consistent ie gaps in miters cracks in board from drying etc.. we ate the labor on the first deck system and offered to sell the customer more consistent materials that matched there home special order railings hunter green from key link as well as sylvanix decking . we installed the second system at labor cost with zero profit margin to just give the customer a satisfactory deck system. My saying is buy once cry once to avoid these issues . Treated isn’t what it was 10-12 years ago it’s really just a bandaid anymore as a facade composite is now the norm… after over.
