This Tuesday, we had an amazing time participating in Career Day at Mabel Hoggard Elementary School! Students were introduced to a variety of careers, and we were proud to share our experiences in the roofing industry and show what a career in this field can look like.

It's so important to encourage the trades, and we're glad we can be a part of that. 🛠️

As the Farrell Roofing and Jameson Roofing Safety Director, Christina ensures everyone goes home safely at the end of each day. She develops job hazard analysis, helps set up jobs safely, analyzes trends, identifies potential risks, and constantly looks for ways to improve processes and communication.
