Purchase a building currently on our lot by May 31st and we will extend the delivery range to 50 miles for free delivery. This is 20 extra miles for free delivery. This deal will only last through May 31st for buildings that are paid in full or the first months payment plus tax is made using our convenient rent to own options. So a delivery date can be scheduled. You do not have to take delivery by May 31st 2026 just make your deposit plus tax.

Interested buyers!!!! If you have been in the market for a storage building, shed, garage or playhouse the time to buy is now. We just received an email this morning that the spring sales event offer will be extended through May 31st, but after that there will be a price increase. If you want to buy and are not ready for delivery you can make the down payment now, and then begin your monthly payments and defer delivery for up to 90 days. With the cost of fuel and materials these prices will be disappearing soon it looks like. Don’t make a rushed decision, but make an informed decision. Don’t look back in June and wish you had taken advantage of these great deals. Come on down to
