J Dale Customs offers comprehensive home renovation services, including repairs to rotted floors, sheetrock, and bathroom renovations, as well as electrical, plumbing, and custom cabinet services. We guarantee perfection in every project. A recent project involved renovating a house with severe moisture damage in the floors caused by the HVAC system. Our team completely demolished the subfloors, joists, and girders, and then restructured them correctly, as the original framing was inadequate. We then installed new subflooring and Pergo laminate snap-in flooring, backed by a 100% satisfaction guarantee. Moreover, we installed new insulation under the house and laid down plastic sheeting. We also replaced the old shower with a new, more spacious walk-in shower, and installed vinyl snap-in flooring in the bathroom. Additionally, we built a custom vanity and repaired cracks in the sheetrock. Our team delivered exceptional results, exceeding the customer's expectations.
