Coming in with a water sample, pool problem or equipment question? Bringing a little information with you can help us get you answers faster.💧

For a water test:
💧Bring about a water bottle size sample
💦Take your sample about elbow deep and away from the return
📸Take pictures of any discoloration, debris or anything unusual
📋Know your pool size if possible

For equipment or parts questions:
📸Take a few pictures of the equipment
🏷Get a clear picture of the model/data label
📏Bring measurements when they're relevant
🔧Bring the old part with you when possible
And don't worry if you don't have everything, bring what you can and we'll go from there.

How did your pool handle all that rain?🌧️💧
After a wet weekend, today is a good day to take a look at your water, clear out any debris and make sure everything is circulating like it should.

With heavy rain headed our way this afternoon, now is a good time to give your pool a quick check. 🌧️
Before the rain:
💧Check your water level
🪣Empty skimmer & pump baskets
🌿Clear loose debris around the pool
🧪Make sure your chlorine is in range
After a heavy rain, give your pool plenty of time to circulate before testing your water.
A few minutes now can make cleanup after the storm a whole lot easier!
