🚜 Employee Spotlight: Meet Kori!
This month, we're excited to introduce Kori, one of the talented estimators helping turn opportunities into successful projects at Spriggs Excavation Inc.

For nearly 10 months, Kori has been building cost estimates for projects ranging from residential homes to large-scale solar sites. One of her favorite parts of the job is the collaborative culture within the estimating team, where everyone works together to build competitive, practical bids.

A recent highlight? Winning an energy expansion project after a fast-paced turnaround. Proof that teamwork and dedication pay off!

Originally from Durango, Kori returned home after attending college in Provo, Utah, where she discovered her passion for construction after originally planning to become an architect.

When she's not at work, you'll find her traveling, spending time with family, building furniture, playing piano, or taking on impressive sewing projects. Including making her sister's wedding dress!

💬 Advice from Kori:
"Even if you're the youngest or have the least experience in the room, you're still in the room!"

👏 Kori also wanted to give a special shout-out to her Senior Estimators for their patience, support, and guidance as she's learned the Spriggs approach to estimating.
