🕓 Schedule: Full-time (40–60 hrs/week)
📍 Location: Durango, Colorado

You’ll:
🔹 Operate pavers, skid steers, rollers & other paving equipment
🔹 Handle seal coating, crack sealing, patching, demolition, new paves & overlays
🔹 Work local jobs — home every night

Requirements:

✅ No experience necessary for Laborer
✅ 1+ years experience preferred for Operator
✅ Willing to train the person for Crew Lead
✅ Valid driver’s license
✅ Authorized to work in the U.S.
