Log Home Repaint: Forrest Lakes, Bayfield http://wp.me/p5uagu-w

Occasionally, when other local painting companies get overbooked, we can find room in our schedule. We became a trusted subcontractor for this project in the Forrest Lakes subdivision in Bayfield, Colorado. We used a solid stain on the traditional log exterior of this home. The owners were pleased with the amount of preparation we did before painting. Before picking up a brush, the entire home was power washed and prepped. [ 14 more words. ]

Residential Repaint: Animas River Valley, Durango http://wp.me/p5uagu-1

We had a great time reviving this Animas River Valley home in Durango, Colorado. For this project, we used Sherman Williams Exterior Stains in a solid and semi-transparent stain. We used Sherman Williams Deckscapes for the deck paint. With all of the variety of surfaces, we hand painted with brushes, sprayed with our professional paint sprayer, and used a paint roller on the deck surface. [ 21 more words. ]

We were contacted by a lovely Ft. Worth, Texas family to stain their vacation home on Florida Road near Vallecito Reservoir in Durango. The property is in a beautiful location and consists of a main home and two guest cabins. We used solid stains on the wood exterior. We also stained the decks and railings. This primary residence in Bayfield, Colorado was long overdue for an exterior refresh. When we were contacted by this elderly owner and we got to work right away. Professional power washing and expert preparation was critical to this repaint project. The solid stain on the main house and detached garage gave this property a great new look.
