The Madill, Oklahoma Inspector made a good call, insisting that the business owner bring his electrical panel up to code.

The homeowner lost power to a receptacle, and a light in her master bathroom.
She had this bathroom remodeled a couple of years ago, and the carpenter did the electrical.
He had mounted this junction box to the ceiling joist, then sheet rocked over it. One wire slipped out of the connector, forcing us to remove the portion of drywall to access the connection.
Have reputable electricians do your electrical work, and check their credentials.

Mobile homes are an electrician’s nightmare. (Especially older models)
Inferior devices, and substandard workmanship make them prone to electrical problems.
