Project 9 Designs Project 9 Designs is a family owned, Residential Construction Company.

As a Licensed General Contractor, our specialties include New Construction Homes, Small and Large Remodels/Additions, Historic Renovations, Garages, Decks/Screen Porches, and more. Jordan Parker, owner of Project 9 Designs, a licensed General Contractor, and former employee of Riverbank Custom Homes, has been in the Building Industry full time since 2010, and before that spent many summers with a

hammer in his hand working side-by-side with his older brother learning the trade. As of July 1st, 2017, with full support of family, friends, and trusted sub-contractors, Jordan took a leap of faith and followed his dream of going out on his own and running Project 9 Designs full time. Jordan has a true passion and talent for taking a person's vision of what they want a space to look and feel like and making it become their reality no matter how big or small the project!
