What makes us different from many other roofing companies. To start with, we try to never do a cover over..this is a practice of installing roofing materials over the existing worn out material and it will not only compromise your new roof, but the warranty of your new roof and many companies will not tell you this when they are trying to give you the lowest price just to get your business. We tear a roof down to the sheathing beneath and not only do we inspect the sheathing beneath, we hit every existing nail and put new nails in joints to make sure the sheathing is tight before we install your new roof. this means you get new paper or underlayment before we install your new roof also. We use the hand nail method to install all shingle products...What this means to you is that every nail is precisely placed and in the right spot with just enough pressure to flush it..we have found MANY roofs that have had nail guns used on them where not only were the nails shot through the shingles, but they were high nailed to avoid the tar strip, which also avoids having the nail sunk through the underlying shingle. We have seen roofs with whole sections sliding off due to the use of nail guns and improper nail placement. There are not surprises when you get your final bill. We let you know if we find anything that needs to be addressed and we do not add unnecessary accessories just to jack up your price. If wood repair is needed, we do only what is needed at only time and material...unfortunately, most wood damage cannot be determined until the existing roofing material has been removed. When choosing a company to do your roof, please ask yourself, do you want a cheaper roof that will give you problems in a very short time, or do you want a roof that is done right and will last and guarantee warranty coverage.
