🎉SiemensSiemens Office Renovation is complete!

Our team is proud to announce the successful completion of Phase I of the Siemens' office renovation, transforming 16,087 SF of the overall 37,753 SF project into a modern executive workplace designed to support leadership, collaboration, and connection.

The newly completed executive corridor is anchored by a sophisticated reception area that sets the tone for the entire space. From there, the environment flows into executive offices, a large conference room, open work areas that encourage collaboration, and thoughtfully integrated mini-booths that provide opportunities for focused work and informal discussions.

Delivered within an actively occupied environment, this phase required precision planning, coordination, and communication at every step to ensure seamless operations for Siemens throughout construction.

We're especially grateful to have partnered with iS design, pa once again. Our teams have collaborated on many projects over the years, and their partnership continues to be instrumental in creating exceptional spaces for our clients.

This marks our eighth completed project for Siemens, a relationship we are incredibly proud of and grateful to continue building.

With Phase I is complete, and we're excited to keep the momentum going as Phase II is now underway.

Southway Celebrates the launch of ONE Southway🎉

Something old, something new, something borrowed, something blue… and a whole lot to celebrate.

We brought the team together to celebrate the launch of ONE Southway and the coming together of two legacies into one shared future.

Something old represented the milestones, achievements, and defining moments that shaped where we began. Something new celebrated the present, a fresh vision, new energy, and the future ahead. Something borrowed honored the culture, expertise, and values we’re carrying forward, the best of both organizations, brought together as one. And something blue? A small gift to mark the occasion and make the celebration complete.

From toasts and cake, to the unveiling of our new signage, the day was filled with moments that celebrated where we’ve been, and where we’re headed. Pieces of our history still live within the foundation and are intentionally kept in place, a meaningful nod to the foundation that brought us here.

Good food, great company, and a shared excitement for what’s ahead made it one to remember.

Here’s to ONE Southway, built on legacy, moving forward together. The next chapter is already underway. 🏁

Exciting progress continues at Carver Community Center at Pleasant Grove, a 12,000+ SF historic redevelopment in Wendell, NC, in partnership with Andre Johnson Architects.

Demolition is now complete, with three interior walls and the exterior brick carefully preserved to maintain the building’s historic character, setting the stage for what’s next.

Our team is advancing work by stabilizing the exterior walls, installing utilities and retaining walls, and making way for new construction within the existing framework, along with carefully planned additions. Once complete, the center will feature a basketball court, stage, and learning areas, creating a welcoming space for the church and surrounding community.

More updates to come as this project continues to take shape.

🌱🏗️ A New Chapter Begins at Homestead Gardens🏗️🌱

This past Friday, we were proud to celebrate the groundbreaking of Homestead Gardens, an exciting new community that will bring 90+ affordable housing units to the area through a mix of multi-family residences, townhomes, and duplexes.

Situated on approximately 13 acres, this thoughtfully planned development will offer more than just housing, it will create a true community. Future residents will enjoy access to amenity spaces including a basketball court, playground, and a connected greenway trail.

This milestone wouldn’t be possible without the incredible collaboration and shared vision of our project partners. A sincere thank you to everyone who joined us to mark the start of construction. We are grateful to be part of something that will make a difference for years to come.

Several members of our team had the pleasure of attending the Women's Leadership Conference, where this year’s theme, “Amplify Your Influence,” came to life through a range of engaging sessions. From amplifying financial impact and strengthening connections to building resilience and elevating authentic presence, the conversations were both insightful and actionable.

🎤Keynote speaker Ali Ingersoll shared a motivating perspective and practical framework for overcoming challenges and whatever form of "paralysis" may be holding us back.

Thank you to the Raleigh Chamber for continuing to host such a meaningful event. We’ve valued attending in past years and look forward to being part of it again next year.

🚨Progress alert!✨ Momentum continues at the Duke Raleigh Medical Office Building 9 as work advances on the Duke University Health System CT project. In-wall insulation has been completed and the team is currently installing sheetrock, with overhead work underway. This 6,829 SF ground-floor patient care area requires careful coordination due to the occupied spaces surrounding and above the project, along with adjacent tenants sharing the same level. With an ICRA Level 5 environment, the team is maintaining strict infection control measures while ensuring that common areas remain functional, clean, and accessible through the main ground-floor entrance.

Specialized construction elements are also taking shape within the CT suites. All CT rooms are being built with lead-lined sheetrock, lead-lined door frames, with lead-lined window frames with the lead glass scheduled for installation in upcoming phases. In addition, the underground infrastructure required to support the CT equipment is now in place, positioning the project well for the next stages of installation as progress continues within this active healthcare environment.
