Here are just a few businesses and organizations throughout our area who are collecting donations to help our neighbors in Western NC.

Other important ways to help:
Donate blood!
Volunteer with Crisis Cleanup.
Help load supplies at any collection site.
Sign up through your local animal shelter to foster displaced pets from Western NC.

Reminder: if you are unable to travel to drop off locations and want to donate, please reach out to us and we will arrange pick up and delivery!

The need is great, but together as a community we can make a difference! Our hearts are with our neighbors!

Hello friends! In response to the devastation that has happened in western NC, our neighbor, Lee's Towing is collecting items at their location at 4430 Hillsborough Rd. We encourage you to donate to this initiative if you are able! Items will be collected until dark tonight and again all day tomorrow! They are requesting the following items:

Water, sports/hydration drinks, canned goods, toiletries, toilet paper, paper towels, diapers, baby wipes, dog food, etc.

All items are being take to the Asheville area.

**If you would like to donate and are unable to deliver, please reach out to us and we can facilitate and pick up.

We are a well-established, family-owned and operated HVAC company dedicated to providing high-quality services to our customers. We are seeking a motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Office Assistant/Dispatcher. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the smooth operation of our services by assisting with office tasks and efficiently dispatching technicians to service calls. If you are detail-oriented, customer-focused, and can work well in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply!

Job responsibilities will include the following:
• Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
• Dispatch to service technicians to service calls while optimizing routes for efficiency.
• Coordinate with staff to ensure timely arrivals and communicate and changes to customers.
• Maintain accurate records and service appointments, technician schedules and work orders.
• Check general and emergency voicemails and emails first thing every morning.
• Assist with billing, data entry, and every day office duties as directed.

Qualifications:

Our team is hiring a lead HVAC Installer AND an install helper.

The ideal candidates for lead installer will have experience with residential HVAC units and familiarity with commercial installations. You will be responsible for installing all types of cooling and heating systems from start to finish.

The ideal candidates for install helper has a desire to learn and achieve proficiency in installing all types of cooling and heating systems.

Both positions are full-time that benefit from a competitive compensation package and lead to advancement opportunities within the company.

Responsibilities:
Install refrigeration and cooling systems such as air conditioning, heat pumps, and refrigeration systems.
Install heating and ventilation equipment such as furnaces, boilers, and ventilators.
Install and repair air conditioning equipment.
Build ductwork for heating and cooling systems.
Install electrical components of HVAC systems such as fans, pumps, motors, controls, and wiring.
