As part of our company policy, plant warranties are voided during officially declared drought or water conservation emergencies. When the state or county formally declares drought conditions (like the current Durham water conservation declaration), plants are under extreme stress that falls outside the scope of a standard warranty. We never love delivering this news, but we believe in being honest and transparent with you.
