It is with great sadness that we have to tell our friends, customers and community that our longtime employee Wayne Walker has passed away today. Our hearts are heavy. Wayne has been an employee of Quality Electric for almost 44 years. He was truly one of the best Electricians ever, a wonderful employee and devoted friend. We will miss him greatly. TOOTING OUR OWN HORN: Emergency call from a good friend/customer: "Would we consider doing a job down at Ocracoke?" No hesitation, that is a YES! Team left at about 4 am -in order to catch the ferry; got the business electrical all situated, inspected etc. Had to wait quite a while for the Ferry off the island because the water was very rough that day and that causes the Ferries to all get off schedule.
