One can go 20 years of great work, make one little mistake in front of a "Karen", and she gets all bent out of shape, emotionally types a bad review, and since one has 6 reviews it lowers the percentage a lot! All because of one little mistake. Imagine in today's world, with all we are up against, someone going to great lengths to give a bad review over a little mistake. My grinder accidentally hit the coping. And now my "character is in question", my skills and care are also in question.
I guess after 20 years one little mistake could happen in front of the wrong person at the wrong time. I'm very sorry for hitting your coping with my grinder.

This job was a big undertaking, had to remove an overlay, fix the slabs elevations, and install 4 different looks over 4000 sq ft.
