When a customer calls & says hey I've been sick, haven't had water for a couple days, finally got it thawed but now I need a new pressure tank.
Of course it's Friday afternoon when that call comes in. They asked us to redo it as well to clean it up & make it more functional.
Thankfully we have most items in stock or able to locally source them last minute. Today we tackled the project, added a platform to level the floor and sealed up the building to keep it from freezing again.
Sometimes life isn't pretty, most time life isn't easy. But it's every day we do our best to to make that day better, for our customers as well!

This is your satisfaction that we in fact do recycle what we can. We do what we can to keep as much out of landfills and keep your properties free of junk from the projects we do for you! Right now the proceeds from these endeavors don't really pay for the labor or the gas to get it delivered, but it's more about keeping trash confined & neighborhoods beautiful!

Restoring water service to a household. The previous line lasted approx. 50-60 yrs. Also pulled in a spare line & tracer wire for easier locating the next time an excavation is needed! Much thanks to Sullivan Bros for making it happen.

We bring solutions to 1st world problems. The sink doesn't drain.......on cutting the old plumbing out, we noticed a fairly typical issue of the pipe plugging up with rust and waste, what we weren't expecting was beer bottle caps to fall out as well........now thats a new one! The sink strainer had no cross bars in to prevent large items from falling in the drain, new one installed. Problems solved!
