A well-designed closet isn't about storing clothes, it's about shaping the way you begin and end each day.

It's the first space you visit in the morning and often the last before you unwind at night. When thoughtfully designed, it brings order, ease, and a sense of calm to your daily routine.

The most impactful spaces in a home aren't always the largest or most visible. Sometimes they're the spaces that quietly support the rhythm of your life.

What would change if your closet worked as beautifully as the rest of your home?

From construction site to dream home, one layer at a time...

The floors are in, the paint is complete, and this home renovation is entering an exciting new chapter.

Here are a few progress shots, showing a vision coming to life!

One of my favorite parts of designing a home is creating spaces that make everyday life easier and more enjoyable.

A well-designed closet isn’t just about storage, it’s about function, organization, and creating a space that feels tailored to the way you live.

It’s often the spaces behind the scenes that have the biggest impact on how a home feels day after day.

Design is in the details—and those details matter!

From the street, it might look like construction is just getting started.

But long before the first excavator arrived, months of planning, design development, engineering, permitting, and approvals were already underway.

Every successful project begins long before ground is broken. The visible work may be happening now, but the foundation for a well-designed home is built through countless decisions made behind the scenes.

As framing, materials, and details begin to take shape, we’re excited to see this vision move to reality.

The construction phase may be the most visible part of the process, but it’s only one chapter in a much longer story.

This project transformed quietly through the winter months, with much of the architectural progress happening inside.

Now, as the seasons change, the exterior spaces on the side of the home are nearing completion — connecting the home to the landscape through the pool, court, and grounds.

The full vision of the property is beginning to reveal itself.

Designing a waterfront home is about more than maximizing views.

It’s about understanding how the homeowners want to live, gather, arrive, and experience the property every day.

Each side of the house should feel connected to both the landscape and the lifestyle of the people living there.

Even the garage was designed to belong to the house.

Not just as storage.
Not just as function.

But as part of the overall composition.

The scale, the rooflines, the materials, the approach...all designed to feel connected to the architecture as a whole.

The best luxury details are usually the quietest ones.

Details like tiled shower ceilings, wood framing, and built-in trim help a bathroom feel more finished, comfortable, elegant, and thoughtfully designed.

These are the details that create a high-end feeling while also helping the space hold up beautifully over time.

Sometimes a project starts small.
New windows. Better views. More light.

But once we started opening this home up to the waterfront, everything else became clearer too. The layout. The flow. The way each space could feel more connected to the horizon outside.

Good design isn’t about adding more. It’s about making a home feel more like itself.

If your home feels like it could work harder for the way you live, it might be worth starting the conversation.

A renovation restores what’s already there...fixes, updates, improves within the existing structure.

But reimagination is different. It asks what the space could become if we aren’t bound to what it used to be.

In this library, it meant shaping a room that doesn’t just hold books, but frames quiet moments, light, and ocean views—creating a place to pause, think, and take in what’s beyond the walls.
