We successfully executed a complex roofing project today, which included tearing off 6 layers plus original shakes and installing Atlas Pro Lam for a rental unit, along with added sheathing.

We recently completed another Malarkey Vista project, which was finalized last week but unfortunately went unrecorded. The project features an antique brown finish. The work involved a complete tear-off and some repairs to the sheathing.

A Malarkey Vista Storm Gray installation is currently underway. This particular project required new sheathing due to the existing material being in poor condition, so a fresh 1/2 OSB overlay was applied.

We've recently completed a larger project that showcases distinctive design elements. Wide vinyl wraps encircle the front windows and doors, providing a notable visual impact. The LP beam and post wraps add a touch of sophistication. Board and batten accents are strategically used on the front gables and select wall areas.
