We are hiring!

We are looking for a talented Construction Superintendent to manage the field operations of assigned projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our projects are completed on time and within budget, and will be responsible for delegating tasks to the appropriate people in order to ensure the timely completion of proposed goals. The Construction Superintendent must possess expert skills in time management, customer service, attention to detail, problem solving, and have excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage the field operations of assigned projects.
2. Direct responsibility for creating and ensuring project schedules are met.
3. Manage the on-site construction staff, subcontractors, and suppliers.
4. Oversee the daily operations of the construction team.
5. Inspect the site regularly to ensure safety and quality controls are properly in place.
6. Assist with review of submittals, pricing needs, RFI processing, and other tasks as assigned.
7. Provide excellent customer service to our clients.
8. Stay true to our core values of Trust, Value, and Service.
