Not every remodel starts with finishes—some start by fixing decades of structural issues.

This old adobe building had settled nearly 3 inches, leaving the entire subfloor out of level. Once we began demolition, we uncovered an even bigger problem: the floor joists weren’t properly bearing on structural supports, meaning they weren’t carrying the load the way they were designed to.

These are the kinds of issues you can’t see until you open everything up, and they’re exactly why doing things the right way matters. Before this building gets its new look, we’re rebuilding the structure from the ground up so it’s safe, level, and built to last.

Sometimes the most important part of a renovation is the work no one will ever see.
