My name is Chris, and I specialize in drafting and designing basement plans that are city permit ready. Have you ever thought about finishing your basement but have no idea where to start? What services I provide:
Basic Services ($400):
• Designs unique for your space (with guidance on where certain rooms and features should be placed to optimize your space.)
• Floor Plan with Electrical lighting/features placement (City permit ready).
• Ability to change your design (as needed) if you decide to change the layout.
• Help on how to submit plans to the city in which you reside.
More Advanced Services (Basic + $(Depending on Services Requested)):
• Additional 3D renderings of space.
• Cost to finish with an approximate Bill of Materials.
• Counseling for DIY basement finishing.
