PanJammi's Mini Meat Smokers

The only news I can give you is that I have moved on to bigger and better projects that don't cost an arm and a leg to produce. This mini meat smoker would have cost over $800 just for a first run per unit, with a guarantee of perhaps $400 per unit there after. My original target goal was $150 per unit. Unfortunately, I can't get this done here in the USA. So, rather than having China produce them i would rather not build them. I support Made in the USA.

So, in 2019, I will focus on woodworking projects. Thank you all for following me and our crazy innovative projects. It's because of you that I find inspiration for a new day.

Finally tested the PanJammi Mini Meat Smoker. I discovered two things. One, it works great. And 2nd, it leaks smoke at backside of hinged door. Not bad but also easily correctable.

Had an excellent interview with SmartDraw, a digital drafting software company in Arizona today. They were wanting to put this Mini-Smoker up on their blog in an upcoming issue. I used SmartDraw to draft out the design of this smoker. I will let you know when it is to be posted on their blog.
