Full remodel on this 1999 house in Meridian. This includes a full kitchen remodel which we added space by removing the pantry plus realigning the island, master-bath which we added space by removing the linen closet, guest bath remodel, new kitchen sliding door, new flooring throughout, full interior paint and trim. Still working on a few fixtures and finishes but this is pretty much a wrap!

What a transformation on this house built in 1994 in Meridian. Spent a lot of time on this project moving walls, removing arches, removing built-in mantel, completing changing the layout of the master-bath and laying tons of mosaic tile flooring.

Hit a number of delays with sub-contractors so to took substantially more time then estimated between deliveries and no-shows. But it in the end it turned out great and really opened the space up.

Kitchen backsplash; before and after!! Fun doing different designs and seeing the end product. Picked out a few examples of border and stone accent for the customer to choose from and this is the end result. Looks clean and bright.

Master Bath Remodel from start to finish!!

Great to see it almost complete. The shower door has been delayed but you get the full effect.

Completely custom shower pan and heated floors. Zero edge showers look cool but in the long run aren't practical and don't allow for a shower mat. This is about as low a threshold you can go without having to cut the subfloor to set in a zero edge shower. Update: Shower doors arrived!!

Cutting the "balls off" the stair posts to update the look.

On this job I was the "middle man" between the hardwood floor guys and painters. I literally had to fill the sand and fill the gaps on the thresholds. Properly replace the trim on top of the stairs, not by cutting it down which would have made it not match the rest of the house but by adding a 1" piece to it so it looks right and sand it out.

With a little paint, it all turned out great.

Another happy customer and laundry room update using 48x16 inch tile. Yes, they are 4 foot ceramic tile requiring the floor to dead set level. Was able to match the hardwood flooring threshold level for a smooth transition.

Everything is water proof from the backer board, the aqua defense membrane to the PVC kickplates.
