Welcome to GRK Properties, owned and operated by long-time Vail valley local Gary Keller.
Gary was born and raised in South Dakota and earned his Mechanical Engineering degree from the South Dakota School of Mines and Technology. He worked for mechanical contractors in the early days of his career and moved to the Vail valley in 1997 to manage the installation of the mechanical systems for Beaver Creek's Vilar Performing Arts Center. After completing the Vilar and several other projects in the valley, Gary took on roles including project manager, safety officer, customer relations liaison, and property manager for various local custom home builders. In 2016, Gary launched GRK Properties to provide personalized, high-end construction and property management services.
