This is Jared Maybon, co-founder of Havyn Homes and the strategic mind keeping everything behind the scenes moving forward.

Jared leads the internal business side of Havyn, focusing on strategy, systems, leadership, and long-term growth. He has a gift for turning big ideas into clear plans, asking the questions no one else thought of, and somehow making a spreadsheet feel inspiring.

Outside of work, Jared is all about faith, family, and making the most of life. He loves hiking, sports, traveling to new places, thought-provoking books and movies, and spending time in nature. He is also happiest working outside on his property, taking care of the chickens and bunnies, gathering with his big family, or planning a date with his wife.

Jared brings wisdom, curiosity, structure, and a lot of heart to our team. We love Jared!!!

Drumroll, please… meet Dyanna Swenson, our wonderful bookkeeper and the organizational magic behind the scenes at Havyn Homes.

Dyanna is Matt’s wife, our detail-loving, lightning-fast numbers gal, and the perfect mix of s***k, organization, and get-it-done energy. We truly don’t know what we would do without her.

When she isn’t keeping our books in order, she’s raising six kids, cooking for a small army, gardening, reading, dominating card games, researching all things health, or planning her next trip to the happiest place on earth: Disneyland.

Dyanna is the kind of mom, wife, friend, cook, nurse, and bookkeeper anyone would be lucky to have. She keeps our books balanced, our team organized, and always brings a little Disney magic wherever she goes… did we mention she loves Disney?
