Major deck refresh happening! Installed stained cedar shiplap on ceiling with stained decorative beams and beam wrap, new Timbertech decking and removed old stairs. Columns framed up for stone install and waiting on screen install as well. Once those are done, install deck railing and then done! What a transformation!

There’s a reason we’re sore after this week! New septic installed, windows and patio doors installed, front porch framed up and tied in, entire roof shingled (front porch roof to have metal roof installed), stairs framed, and officially tied into existing house as opening created with existing kitchen now removed. HVAC has started, so ready for plumbing and electrical up next! Loving all the progress!
