Sooo after I had to take down a deck that had no treated lumber and violated every code in the book, we built this. A super nice 20 foot deck with a 3 level ramp. All new everything. Enjoy your new deck and I hope it will work much better then the other one.

Worked 100 hours in 8 full days of work. Traveling 6 hours away to SouthHampton ny. Put a 24x24 addition on the old deck previously there. We added the railing and designed/built a set of steps from the back deck the the lower garage and added some of the old brick from the original walkway. made a rubber play pit and a sand box for the kids, built an In ground fire pit, re-designed and putt down a 65 foot front walk way with 16 in pavers, designed/built a front Patio and added the same pavers.
