Progress is happening across Upstate South Carolina!
We’re proud to have three exciting projects moving forward, each at a different stage of construction. It’s rewarding to watch these homes and renovations come to life from the ground up.
🏡 Cleveland, SC – Remodel & Addition
This project is officially underway! Before construction could begin, our team removed and hauled away 13 very large trees to prepare the site. We also coordinated with the power company to relocate the home's main underground electrical service, which ran directly through the footprint of the new addition and would have been impacted during excavation.
With those challenges addressed, we completed the rough grading, dug the footings, and are preparing for concrete to be poured next week. Every successful project starts with careful planning and proper preparation.
🏡 Enoree, SC – Custom Home
This beautiful custom home is nearing completion. The exterior is nearly finished, and we’re preparing for landscaping to begin. Inside, the home has really started to come together with the installation of the lighting, tile, and cabinetry. The HVAC system is running, and the home is cooling as we move closer to the final stages of construction.
It’s exciting to see all the details that have been planned for months now becoming reality.
🏡 Tamassee, SC – Custom Home
This mountain custom home is making great progress! The rough grading is complete, the foundation is finished, and the foundation waterproofing has been completed. The main floor framing is now complete, and our team is currently framing the main walls as this home begins to take shape.
Watching a home rise from the foundation to the framing stage is always one of the most exciting parts of the building process.
