A fallen tree uprooted and caused significant damage to the existing driveway. Premier Land Management removed the fallen tree and all associated debris, excavated and removed the damaged concrete section, and prepared the area for repair. The damaged section was then backfilled and stabilized with gravel to restore access and provide a solid foundation.

We’ve been slacking on social media posts lately, and we apologize for that — but we’ve definitely been staying busy!

Over the past couple weeks, Nick and I headed to Spartanburg and knocked out a half-acre clearing along with a new house pad installation getting the property ready for the next phase of construction.

From there, we moved over to Pickens where we installed a culvert to help improve drainage and water flow on a property. We also wrapped up a final grade and topsoil job to get another property cleaned up, smoothed out, and ready for seed and straw. Then finished things off with a tree removal project down in Easley, helping make the property safer and more usable.

We’re beyond thankful for all of our customers and everyone who continues to support Premier Land Management. We look forward to continuing to serve our community with grading, land clearing, erosion control, demolition, drainage solutions, driveway repair, septic work, retaining walls, and more.

After careful consideration, we are updating our payment terms to better serve our business and customers.

* We will no longer accept personal checks.
* Accepted payment methods are:
* Cash
* Certified Check
* Card Payments (subject to a 4.5% processing fee)

Payment Terms:
All invoices are due within 7 days of job completion. Any unpaid balance after this period will incur a 10% late fee.
